I'm Yavuz Şen, a senior legal and medical translator with 20 years of experience, based in Antalya, Turkey. I built this service because I kept seeing the same pattern: patients arriving with a quote they didn't fully understand, no one on their side to read the small print, and no idea what to do when things went wrong. That's the gap I fill.
Why this service exists
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people travel to Turkey and other countries for cosmetic dentistry — veneers, dental implants, teeth whitening, smile makeovers. Most have positive experiences. But a significant minority don't. And when things go wrong, patients find themselves caught between a clinic in a foreign country, a language barrier, and a legal system they don't understand.
Cosmetic Dentistry Audit exists to fill a gap that shouldn't exist: an independent, patient-side voice in cosmetic dentistry. I don't work for clinics. I don't receive referral fees. I don't take commissions. I am paid by patients, and I work exclusively in patients' interests.

Twenty years of professional experience bridging Turkish and English-speaking worlds — across legal, medical and corporate domains. That combination is exactly what cosmetic dentistry patients need when dealing with Turkish clinics: someone who understands the regulatory landscape, speaks the language, knows the legal frameworks, and can communicate with both sides at a professional level.
My independence is everything. I carry zero clinic affiliations and accept zero referral fees. When I tell you a treatment plan looks good, it's because it does — not because I profit from you proceeding. When I flag a concern, it's because I've found a genuine one.
